Improve links in README.md #330

This was done in an effort to preserve links to other branches/tags or in the commit history.
For example, if you were browsing the repository in a different branch and clicked on some of these links, you'd be taken back to the main branch instead of staying in the same branch.

Hey @dieser-niko! I appreciate the reasoning, however I actually set the links this way on purpose. Whenever the README is updated, I manually copy and paste it over to Docker Hub. If the links are changed to relative, I have to manually swap them out every time :)

I see. Didn't take the Docker Hub into account.
